Council And Staff Laugh At Another One Of Vincent’s Brain Farts – Wind Turbines, Bernie Bailey Wants Public Input ASAP!

Bernie Bailey wants North Huron to consider a bylaw regarding wind
turbine setbacks, this caused Neil Vincent to have another brain
fart. Council and staff once again laughed, as Neil Vincent tried to
regain his bearings.  You have to watch the video to see how
long this fart lasted!  Vincent had problems with councillor’s
names and where in the proceedings they were.  Remember,
literally nobody voted for him!
