(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) On Saturday May 11, 2013 at approximately 2:05am, County of Wellington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were on general patrol on Wellington County Road 7, Guelph-Eramosa Township. Police observed a 2003 Saturn parked on the side of the road with the engine running and a male behind the wheel that appeared to be sleeping. Police were able to get the attention of the male and during the conversation he appeared to show signs of alcohol consumption.
Cory WURR age 23 of Guelph-Eramosa Twp. has been charged with Impaired-Care and Control and Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on June 21, 2013 to answer to the charge.
