(RIPLEY, ON) On June 30, 2013 at 5:51 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle crash on Huron Street in Ripley. Officers arrived to find that the driver was impaired and was driving a stolen vehicle. 48 year old Constance WHEELER of Huron-Kinloss Township has been charged with Theft of motor vehicle, Dangerous operation, Impaired operation, 2 counts of Mischief under $5,000 and Possession of a controlled substance. She was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for July 2, 2013 at 2:00 pm.
