Owen Sound, Ontario – Thursday, February 25, 2016 – The largest Job Fair in Grey County
will be held on Thursday, March 3. This is hosted in partnership by the City of Owen Sound
Economic Development, Grey County Economic Development, and the YMCA Employment
Services.
Over 50 employers from across Grey County will be in attendance offering permanent, seasonal,
and student positions in a variety of fields. Employers attending include:

The Community Job Fair will be held March 3rd, 2016 at Heritage Place Shopping Centre, near
the food court, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. Community organizations such as the Adult Learning
Centre, Metis Nation of Ontario and Georgian College will also be in attendance to provide
community resources and information.
YMCA Employment Services can help create an impactful resume, provide extra copies and is
offering a ‘Stand out from the Crowd: Job Fair Success Strategies’ workshop Wednesday, March
2 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM. This workshop will discuss appropriate attire, how to sell your skills in 60 seconds or less, the impactful resume, and asking the right questions. To register visit
