Thursday June 28, at approximately 4:00pm a Winghamite was walking
our community trail when two unleashed black dogs forced him off the
trail. The citizen landed at the bottom of the
embankment. Every time he tried to climb back up on to the
trail, the larger of the two dogs bared it’s teeth and
growled. After 3-4 minutes the master of the unleashed
dogs finally arrived, and the dogs proceeded down the
