(BRUCE TWP, ON) – On August 30, 2014 at 2:11pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash at the intersection of Concession 2 and J1 Side road in Bruce Township.Officers attended with Tiverton Fire and Bruce County Paramedics to find five people were injured in the crash. They were taken to hospital by land ambulance and two have been sent to hospital in London by air ambulance with life threatening injuries.
The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation unit is attending to assist the South Bruce OPP with this incident.
Concession 2, Bruce Township is closed for the protection of emergency responders. Motorists are asked to respect the closure and avoid the incident area.
The investigation is in its early stages.
