At 6:15pm this evening (15Mar2015) emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 2500 block of 3rd Avenue West. A Honda Civic travelling northbound on 3rd Avenue West crossed the centre line and struck a Toyota Corolla that was travelling southbound.
The driver of the Honda Civic was transported by ambulance to hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Both vehicles were damaged extensively and had to be towed from the scene.
The driver of the Honda Civic, a 26 year old Owen Sound man has been charged with careless driving.
