This morning at approximately 9:35 am, a vehicle westbound on 10th Street at 3rd Avenue East made a left turn into the path of an east bound vehicle causing a collision that sent both drivers to hospital.
The 17 year old driver of the westbound vehicle has been charged with a left turn violation under the Highway Traffic Act. Injuries to the 17 year old driver and the 71 year old driver of the eastbound vehicle are believed to be minor in nature.
