(TOWN OF FERGUS, ON) – On Tuesday November 20, 2012 at approximately 3:10pm members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) came across a minor collision involving 2 vehicles at the corner of St. Andrew and St. David in the Town of Fergus. Police spoke to the drivers involved and discovered that one had been drinking. The driver was administered a Roadside Screening Test which resulted in a fail.
Julie Seddon aged 47 of Wellington North Twp has been charged with Over 80 mgs and Impaired Driving contrary to the Criminal Code. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on December 7, 2012 to answer to the charge.
