(Ottawa) The Collision Investigation Section took carriage of an accident that occurred at approximately 4:00 P.M on April 7th due to the injuries sustained by an elderly driver involved in the accident.
The accident occurred in the area of 2295 Dunning Road and involved two vehicles.
Both drivers were transported to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries, but upon assessment at the hospital the medical staff became concerned for one of the drivers because of the driver’s age.
The Collision Investigation Section took care of forensically mapping the scene and has turned the follow up investigation over to Patrol Services.
