On January 8, 2014 at 10:20 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to Stone Road and Victoria Road for a collision. During the investigation, police found evidence that one driver was in possession of marihuana and he was arrested. A small quantity of marihuana was seized.
A 33-year-old Orangeville male has been charged with possession of a controlled substance (C.D.S.A.). He will appear in court on February 21, 2014.
