At 6:30pm emergency crews responded to a vehicle roll over at the intersection of 9th Avenue East and 8th Street East.
A 2011 Dodge Journey travelling southbound 9th Avenue East failed to stop for a red light at 8th Street East and struck a 2009 Mazda pickup truck that was travelling westbound on 8th Street East. The collision caused the pickup truck to roll on its side. The driver of the pickup truck was transported to hospital and treated for minor injuries.
The driver of the Dodge Journey was charged with failing to stop for a red light.
