(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – On December 11, 2017 at approximately 3:40 p.m. a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle for an expired Validation Tag on Douglas Crescent, Fergus.
An investigation revealed the driver was operating a vehicle with numerous violations.
29-year-old Cole GRAY of Fergus has been charged with:
Operate unsafe vehicle
Use plate not authorized
Drive motor vehicle with no currently validated permit
Permit use of validation not furnished for vehicle
He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Provincial Court on January 17, 2018 to answer to the charges.
