(EXETER, ON) – A 19 year old driver from Huron East will be making a trip to court following a stunt driving act police observed late last night. Last night just after 11:30 p.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer spotted a silver Dodge Durango that was squealing it’s tires and “fish tailing†on Main Street in Exeter. The driver was stopped and upon speaking with the driver it was determined he had a suspended driver’s licence.
Cody MCINTYRE, 19, from Huron East has been charged with “Drive Motor Vehicle Perform Stunt – Cause Tire to Lose Traction Without Control†and “Drive While Under Suspensionâ€Â. He has a scheduled court appearance for Provincial Offences Act Court – Goderich on October 22, 2013. His driver’s licence has been suspended for an additional seven days and the vehicle has also been impounded for seven days.
