(CHESLEY, ON) On April 7, 2013 at 3:07 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on foot patrol in Chesley when yelling and swearing was overheard from the area of 2nd Avenue Southwest. The officer located an intoxicated man who was yelling at the occupants of a nearby house to start a fight. 23 year old Cody CROUSE of Arran-Elderslie Township was charged with Public intoxication and Possession of a controlled substance. He was held in custody for the night and is scheduled to appear in court on May 13, 2013 to answer to the charges.
