(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual following a break and enter to a Central Huron residence on September 28th, 2025.
At approximately 2:30 p.m. on September 28, 2025, an individual was observed unlawfully in a residence on Ontario Street, Clinton by an observant neighbour, who contacted police. Officers arrived on scene and arrested the individual nearby, who was identified and charged with a criminal offence. Stolen property was located on the accused upon their arrest.
The accused has been charged as follows:
Amy DANIELS-BOBIWASH, 25 years-of-age from no fixed address has been charged with:
– Break and Enter – Commit Indictable Offence.
The accused was processed and held for a bail hearing, where they were remanded into custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
