On Tuesday July 12, 2016 at sometime between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. a 12 year old Kitchener female was injured in a cliff jumping incident at the Dufferin Quarry Located at 5150 Fountain Street North in the Town of Breslau. The female had jumped from a cliff of approximately 30 feet into the water and upon landing struck a patch of rocks. Emergency services responded and were able to successfully extract her. She was transported to hospital with an undetermined non-life threatening injury.
