Clerk Stops Theft – Timothy Wayne Charged With Assault

(WALKERTON, ON) – On September 20th, 2011 at 2:27 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of an attempted theft from “A Little of Everything” on Durham Street East in Walkerton. A store employee that tried to stop the man from leaving the store was shoved aside as he left. On September 25th, 2011 at 12:30 am, the man was located in Hanover and arrested. 19 year old Timothy WAYNE of Hanover is charged with Assault. He has been held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing.
