City now accepting registrations for Springfest 55+ Games

The annual Owen Sound Springfest 55+ Games are a fun and easy way to keep your mind and body healthy.

Being physically active is important at every age. Challenge yourself as well as your

opponent by taking part in the annual games.

For those age 55+ who enjoy meeting new people in a fun and social atmosphere,

consider registering for one or more of the following games:

Mini Golf Shuffleboard Carpet Bowling Contract Bridge

Pepper Prediction Walking Cribbage Scrabble

Crokinole Darts Shuffleboard Horseshoes

Lawnbowling Euchre Bean Bag Toss Ladder Golf

Registration fee is $5 dollars plus $1 dollar per game. Participants can register now

at City Hall Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This year’s games will be held April 30th through May 28th. Last year, over 200

residents took part in the games.

These games celebrate active living in an atmosphere of fun, fellowship and

friendly competition. Individuals of all skill levels are welcome.
