(BRANT TWP, ON) – On December 14, 2012 at 2:16 am, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a Black GMC Sierra pick-up truck travelling erratically along Bruce County Road 4 in Brant Township. Officers stopped the vehicle on Bruce County Road 4, Brant Township and found that the driver had been drinking alcohol. 53 year old Walter SMITH from the Municipality of Kincardine has been charged with Impaired operation, Operate over 80 milligrams, Drive with no insurance and Fail to surrender driver’s licence. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 14, 2013 to answer to the charges.
