(BRANT TWP, ON) – On September 30, 2012 at 3:02 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single vehicle crash along Bruce County Road 4 in Brant Township. Officers arrived to find that a Green GMC Sierra pick up truck left the roadway and became tangled in a barbed wire fence. The driver was located nearby and found to have been drinking alcohol.
19 year old Christopher BOYD of Huron-Kinloss Township has been charged with Impaired driving, Operate over 80 milligrams, Fail to remain and Dangerous operation. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 5, 2012 to answer to the charges.
