Chris Harris – Trafficking, Resist Arrest, Tim Horton’s Parking Lot

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On July 28, 2012 at 12:09 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Queen Street, Kincardine noticed a cyclist riding with no light. The male cyclist was stopped in the Tim Horton’s parking lot where officers discovered he was in possession of illegal drugs. After a brief struggle the male was placed under arrest. 48 year old Chris HARRIS of Kincardine has been charged with Resist peace officer and 3 counts of possess a controlled substance for trafficking. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for July 30, 2012 at 2:00 pm.
