(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) – The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) has laid charges in relation to sexual assaults on five female victims, and one male victim. The alleged incidents reportedly occurred between 2014 and 2015.
53-year-old John Paul STONE of the Municipality of North Perth has been charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences:
– Sexual Assault X 7
– Sexual Interference with a person under 16 years of age X 7
– Invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age X2
– Exposure to person under 16 years of age X2
He has also been charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with the following offences, which allegedly occurred in 2014 and 2015:
– Traffic in schedule 1 substance – Methamphetamines (Crystal Meth) X11
He has also been charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with the following offences, which allegedly occurred in 2001:
– Traffic in schedule 1 substance – Cocaine X1
On Wednesday August 12, 2015, the male was arrested. He has since been released on a Promise to Appear. He has a court date set for the Ontario Court of Justice in Listowel on September 09, 2015, where he will have to answer to the charges.
