The Owen Sound Police Service Criminal Investigation Branch has arrested and charged a local man with offences related to a 14 year old. Francesco Santini, 26 years of Chatsworth has been charged with:
Luring a Child under 16 years of age by telecommunication
Making Child Pornography
The charges against Santini are the result of an investigation that started earlier this month where police received a complaint that a male had been having concerning interactions with a 14 year old via a messaging application. Santini was arrested on June 24th and held in police custody pending a bail hearing on June 25th.
