Chatsworth Man Arrested After Assault With Baseball Bat

(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On September 20, 2016 at approximately 7:51 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a residence on McCullough Lake Road in the Township of Chatsworth after receiving a report of an assault.

Investigation revealed that the accused had attended the residence with a baseball bat demanding his tools be returned to him. A verbal altercation ensued between the two men who are known to each other.

36-year old Timothy Gerald GRAHAM of the Township of Chatsworth was arrested and charged with assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and utter threats to cause death or bodily harm.

He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on October 20, 2016.

The 54-year old victim was not injured.
