A 50 year old Chatham woman has been arrested for failing to abide by her conditions of release. The accused entered into a recognizance in November, 2013. A condition of her recognizance stated the accused was not to contact, communicate or associate with the victim. It is alleged the accused contacted the victim in December, 2013. As a result the accused has been arrested, charged with one (1) count of Breach of Recognizance and has been released with a future court date.
