A 23 year old Chatham man is being held in police custody after being arrested on the strength of 2 outstanding warrants. A warrant of arrest was issued for the accused for the offence of Break and Enter committed in February 2013 into a residence on Glenwood Drive, Chatham. A second warrant of arrest was issued December 2013 for the offence of Fail to Comply with Recognizance.
Members of the community patrol division located and arrested the accused on Baxter Street in Chatham yesterday afternoon. He is being held in police custody pending a bail hearing.
