Theft Investigation

Sometime since the 28th of September 2015 and the 2nd of October 2015, unknown suspects entered a storage trailer in the Riverview Line area. Suspects removed approx. $1100 worth of power tools and lighting equipment, there was also 2 vehicles entered in this area on the evening of the 1st of October and stereos were removed. Man Charged with Liquor Offence

At approx. 2300hrs. on October 3, 2015 police located a male youth in the area of Dufferin Ave. in Wallaceburg. The 17 year old Walpole Island resident was arrested for being intoxicated in a public place and held until sober.

Male Charged in Domestic Incident

In the morning hours of the 3rd of October 2015 police located and arrested a 32 year old male in regards to a domestic assault allegation. He was held pending a bail hearing.

Theft Investigation

On the 3rd of October 2015 Police located and arrested a 20 year old Chatham male after reports of suspicious activity. The male was located and in possession of numerous articles stolen from vehicles in the area of King St., Robertson, and Buckingham. Police are asking that you contact 519-436-6600 ext. 222 as there is still some unclaimed recovered property. The male was released with numerous conditions with a future court date.
