Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant in Windsor CK15032124

Yesterday morning, around 9:00 a.m. Windsor Police Service located the man in their area. The man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for production of a controlled substance and transported back to Chatham-Kent.

Jody Sinclair, 47 years, of Cattoraque Street in Windsor was released pending a future court date of November 12, 2015.

Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant in London CK15032168

Shortly after 10:00 p.m. last night, London Police Service located the man in their area. The man was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for theft under $5000, possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000, failing to attend court and three counts of failing to comply with release conditions.

At 1:45 a.m. this morning, an officer from the Chatham-Kent Police Service released Eric Wicks, 31 years, of Wickerson Road in London pending a future court date of November 13, 2015.

Break and Enter in Chatham CK15032123

Sometime between October 24 at 11:00 p.m. and October 25 at 7:30 a.m. unknown suspect(s) entered an unlocked residence on Prince Street South. Once inside, the suspect(s) stole an Acer lap top, Galaxy cell phone and alcohol.

Mischief in Chatham CK15032119

Sometime between October 24 at 5:00 p.m. and October 25 at 8:00 a.m. unknown suspect(s) smashed the front door of Another Ones Treasures on McNaughton Avenue West. Damage was estimated at $500.

Mischief in Chatham CK15032121

Sometime late Saturday night or early Sunday morning, unknown suspect(s) damaged a window at Harvey’s Restaurant on St. Clair Street. Damage to the window was estimated at $1000.
