Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant CK17006612
In 2014, the man was released from Chatham-Kent Police Service custody for the offence of assault. He was required to attend court at a later date and failed to do so. A warrant for his arrest was issued.
Yesterday around 5:00 p.m. the man was arrested on the outstanding warrant in London and transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters.
The 24-year-old, Ottawa man has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Theft of Copper Fence Bonding CK17006579
Sometime overnight between Saturday, February 25, 2017 and Sunday, February 26, 2017 unknown suspect(s) cut the copper fence bonding surrounding a business on Irwin Street in Chatham. The damage value is estimated at $2500.
