Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant CK16036161
On September 26, 2016 a warrant was issued for the man as he failed to comply with conditions of his Probation Order.
Yesterday afternoon, police responded to the report of an unwanted man inside a residence on Talbot Trail. Officers located the man hiding in the bathtub behind a curtain and he was arrested on the outstanding warrant.
Through investigation, police learned that the man was currently on conditions not to communicate with the homeowner or attend his address.
The 45-year-old Camden Township man was additionally charged with two counts of breach of probation. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Man Charged with Theft CK16036200
On September 26, 2016 the man attended The Critter Shop on St. Clair Street in Chatham and stole various items valued at $75.
With the assistance of video surveillance, police identified the man responsible.
Last night, police located the man and he was arrested. Liam Montgomery, 20 years, of Sandys Street in Chatham was charged with theft under $5000 and possession of property obtained by a crime under $5000. He was released pending a future court date of November 9, 2016.
Woman Arrested on Outstanding Warrant CK16036211
On July 25, 2016 the woman was released from custody with several conditions.
On August 16, 2016 the woman failed to attend court and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Last night, Middlesex OPP located the woman and she was arrested on the outstanding warrant. Dana Carroll, 19 years, of John Street in Clinton was transported to CKPS headquarters and released pending a future court date of November 9, 2016.
Break and Enter in Chatham CK16036131
Sometime yesterday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. unknown suspect(s) forced their way into an apartment on Lacroix Street.
Once inside, the suspect(s) caused about $500 damage to furniture and stole jewelry, various tools, cash, an Xbox 1 with 10 games, 22” RCA HD TV and 32” RCA TV. Approximate value of the theft is estimated at $3000.

Sometime yesterday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. unknown suspect(s) forced their way into a residence on Colborne Street.
Once inside, the suspect(s) stole a Toshiba laptop with black carrying case, cash and a handmade wooden box with Al Pacino on it.

Motor Vehicle Collisions
CK16036118 – Yesterday morning, shortly after 11:00 a.m. police responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Langstaff Line near Kent Line. The driver lost control of his vehicle and came to rest in a ditch.
The 17-year-old Wallaceburg teen was charged with careless driving. Damage was estimated at $2000. No one was injured.
CK16036120 – Just before noon yesterday, police responded to a collision on Queen Street in Chatham. The driver, a 75-year-old Chatham woman lost control of her vehicle and drove through a window at Shoppers Drug Mart.
Total damage was estimated at $10,000. No one was injured.
