Residential Fire near Dresden – CK16039180
On November 18th, 2016, at 0853hrs, Chatham-Kent Police and Chatham-Kent Fire Services attended a working residential fire located on Cedar Hedge Line, just outside of Dresden. No injuries were reported and the estimated value of the damage was $30000.

Motor Vehicle Collision – CK16039220
On November 18th, 2016, at 1330hrs, Police responded to a Motor Vehicle Collision on Park Ave. East., in Chatham. One of the drivers fled the scene, however witnesses were able to obtain a photograph of the vehicle. Police were able to identify the driver and learned that her licence is suspended. A female party was charged with Driving While under Suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act. Total damage value from the collision is estimated at $500.
Breach of the Peace Arrest – CK16039260
On November 18th, 2016, at 1620hrs, Police responded to a report of an intoxicated male outside of the Beer Store, located on Richmond Street, in Chatham. This male was unable to care for himself and this was the third incident on this date where Police were called to deal with this male party. He was subsequently arrested for breach of the peace and transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service Headquarters where he was lodged until sober.
Break & Enter in Chatham – CK16039328
Sometime in the evening of November 18th, 2016, a Break and Enter occurred on Edgar St., in Chatham. Residents had attended the Santa Clause Parade and returned home to find their house had been entered. Approximately $700 worth of electronics were taken.
