CK16016302 – Male Arrested on Outstanding Warrant

At approximately 3:28p.m. the Chatham-Kent Police Service attended Windsor Police Service Headquarters where a 20 year old Windsor male wanted on warrants held by the Chatham-Kent Police Service for Fail to Appear for Court was being held.

The male was arrested on the strength of the warrant, and transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters where he was held pending a bail hearing.

CK16016405 – Male Arrest for Theft and Possession of Property Obtain by Crime

At approximately 3:20a.m. on June 5th, 2016 the Chatham-Kent Police Service were dispatched to the area of Maryknoll Road in the city of Chatham with regards to a suspicious male. The male was located in the area, and through investigation it was determined the male had entered an unlocked vehicle in the area and removed several items not exceed the value of $5000.

The 37 year old Chatham male was arrested for Theft and Possession of Property Obtain by Crime Under $5000. He was later released by way of a Promise to Appear with a future court date of June 26th, 2016 at 9:00a.m.

CK16016408 – Male Arrested for Public Intoxication

At approximately 4:00a.m. on June 5th, 2016 the Chatham-Kent Police Service attended Public General Hospital located at 80 Grand Avenue West in the city of Chatham with regards to an intoxicated male.

At approximately 4:15a.m. it was determined the 37 year old Chatham male was unable to care for himself, and was arrested for being Intoxicated in a Public Place contrary to the Liquor License Act. The male was issued a Provincial Offences Notice and held till sober.
