(BLUEWATER, ON) – On August 24, 2012 at 10:43 p.m. Huron OPP officers arrested a 37 year old female driver at a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) checkpoint set up at the intersection of The Square and Howard Street East in Bayfield.
Officers spoke with the driver of a brown Ford Explorer and noted she had been drinking alcohol.
Charity BYERLEY-BRAY, 37, from Belle River has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. She has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on October 15, 2012. She received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension.
