(Ottawa) On December 28, 2013, at approx. 6:00am, the Ottawa Police Service responded to a stabbing on Barrow Crescent.
The 21 year old suspect was soon located by responding officers near Wallack Private and he was arrested following a short foot pursuit.
Kurtis CLOUTIER, 21 years old of Ottawa, has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Assault with a Weapon, Weapons Dangerous and two counts of Breach of Probation. He remains in custody.
