(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On October 26, 2016, members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised by Township Staff that over the last several months they had found used diapers in the stands at the baseball diamond in the Village of Nottawa and that they continued to find them even after the baseball season was over.
After an extensive investigation by the Huronia West OPP with the assistance of the OPP Emergency Response Team the Huronia West Crime Unit the male responsible was located on December 3, 2016 in the Town of Collingwood.
Charged with “Mischief” is William C. MORELAND 24 years old from Collingwood. First appearance is January 17, 2017 in Collingwood court.
