(NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On July 17, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., a Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was conducting radar patrol on 6 Highway in Northern Bruce Peninsula ON.
The officer observed a grey Toyota Camry driving at a high rate of speed. The officer activated the cruiser’s emergency lights in an effort to stop the vehicle. The officer positioned his cruiser beside the vehicle and motioned to the driver of the Toyota to pull over.
A 29-year-old female driver from Massachusetts, USA, was charged with failing to have insurance card and failing to stop for an emergency vehicle and for speeding.
