(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – On February 2, 2018, members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a break, enter and theft on Alma Street, North Middlesex.
Once on the property, culprit(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and used the garage door openers to gain access to the garage. Once inside the garage, culprit(s) stole two chainsaws.
The Middlesex OPP urges members of the public to please lock motor vehicles when unattended.
Residents of Middlesex County are reminded to immediately report suspicious vehicles and persons to police by calling 9-1-1.
The Elgin-Middlesex Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU) is investigating.
