(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Saturday December 01, 2012 shortly after 5 a.m., Perth County OPP officers were dispatched to a factory parking lot on Mitchell Road South in Listowel where a suspicious vehicle was observed.
Officers located a Chevrolet Cobalt with a lone male inside who displayed signs of impairment. The male was arrested and transported to the Stratford Police Department where he failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.
