(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On March 23, 2016 at approximately 11:09 p.m. Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped the driver of a motor vehicle, a 2010 Honda Civic, for speeding 110 km/hr in a posted 50 km/hr zone on Hwy. 6 & 10 south of Boundary Road in the Township of Chatsworth.
Anthony Leonard CAVALLIN, age 47, of the Township of Georgian Bluffs was issued a Part III Summons for racing a motor vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). He is scheduled to appear in court on May 9, 2016 in Owen Sound.
His driver’s licence was suspended and the vehicle impounded for seven days.
