CASKANETTE Taken Into Custody Without Incident – Threats Towards Police

(TARA, ON) – On December 17, 2019 at 5:16 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to a high risk situation along Yonge Street in Tara. On December 17, 2019 at 11:30 a.m., a male was taken into custody by members of the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT) without incident.

Bradley CASKANETTE, 27-years-old, of Arran-Elderslie Township was charged with Utter Threats to person and Utter Threats to property. The threats were directed towards law enforcement personnel. He was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for December 18, 2019.
