(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On April 1, 2018 at approximately 1:00 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of vehicle in the ditch on Grey Road 40 and the 8th Concession in the Township of Chatsworth.
Police attended and observed a lone male standing next to the vehicle which was running. After speaking with the male, the officer determined that the male was the driver and that he had been drinking alcohol. The male was transported to the Chatsworth OPP Detachment for breath tests which he failed.
36-year old Casey Douglas LUNMAN of the Township of Chatsworth was charged with impaired care or control of a motor vehicle and impaired care or control of a motor vehicle having a blood/alcohol content of more than 80 milligrams.
He is scheduled to attend court in Owen Sound on April 12, 2018.
