Carl Leblanc and Kassidy McClellan Face Trafficking Charge

OPP DRUG WARRANT EXECUTED

(Centre of Wellington – Fergus, ON) – On Tuesday, November, 20th, 2012 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit, with the assistance of Wellington County OPP, and West Region Canine, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on Perry Street, Centre of Wellington – Fergus, Wellington County, Ontario.

As a result of the execution of the search warrant, police seized cocaine, oxycodone pills, ecstasy pills, morphine pills, cannabis resin, and cannabis marihuana. The combined estimated value of the seized controlled substances is $10,650.00. Police also seized offence related property that consisted of trafficking equipment and cash with an estimated value of $1,500.00 .

Carl Leblanc (24 years) and Kassidy McClellan (22 years) both of Fergus were arrested and charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with possession of cocaine, cannabis marihuana, and cannabis resin for the purposes of trafficking, along with possession of ecstasy, oxycodone, and morphine. They were held in custody pending a bail hearing on the 21st of November, 2012.
