On Thursday April 9, 2015, at approx. 6:44 am, a 37 year old male was driving an S.U.V eastbound on Park Street by Cherry Street in Kitchener. There were 3 westbound motor vehicles approaching and the eastbound S.U.V when it crossed the centre line and collided with these motor vehicles. The driver of the S.U.V was taken to Grand River Hospital and treated for minor injuries. The remaining motorists all had minor injuries. The driver of the S.U.V was charged with Careless Driving.
