On July 31, 2013 at 1:42 a.m., the Guelph Police and Guelph Fire attended to Kathleen Street for a car fire. Investigators believe the fire is suspicious as two males were seen running from the area shortly before the car went up in flames.
Descriptions: 1) male, non-white, tall and thin, 17-20 years, wearing shorts, t-shirt and a ball cap 2) male, white, shorter than the other male, wearing shorts, t-shirt and a ball cap
