(THAMES CENTRE, ON) – On April 13, 2019, at approximately 7:00 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the Ministry of Transportation weigh scales for the report of a Commercial Motor Vehicle containing cannabis plants.
As a result, Yi Qiang LI, 45 years-old, of Markham, Ontario has been charged with, Possession For The Purpose Of Distributing pursuant to the Cannabis Act.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in London, Ontario on May 29, 2019.
