I have broken down the the police costs for each ward in North
Huron. Our official Municipal Performance Measurement Program
(MPMP) only states the average policing cost per person for the
entire ward. North Huron is served by two police
services. OPP service Blyth and East Wawanosh, while Wingham
has the Wingham Police Service. The MPMP states the average
cost per person is $219.00, but does not break down the cost for
each ward.
East Wawanosh and Blyth policing cost bold;”>$99 per resident.
Wingham policing cost is $304 per
resident.
