(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – On March 24, 2013 at approximately 1:15 a.m. a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a grey Plymouth Voyager that entered a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) checkpoint located at Huron Road and Orchard Line. Upon speaking with the female driver officers noted she had been drinking alcohol. She provided samples of her breath which resulted in a warn range suspension.
The driver, a 32 year old female from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania was served with a three day driver’s licence suspension.
(GODERICH, ON) – On March 23, 2013 at 2:55 a.m. a Huron County OPP officer stopped silver Mitsubishi at the intersection of Cambria Road North and Newgate Street. Upon speaking with the male driver officers noted he had been drinking alcohol.
A roadside test was completed and the driver registered a warn range reading. As a result, a 27 year old male from Goderich was served with a three day driver’s licence suspension.
