(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) At approximately 3:30 a.m. on Saturday March 12, 2011 a Perth County OPP officer located a vehicle stuck in the snow on Inkerman St. E. and Wallace Ave. N. in Listowel.
The 60 year old male driver from the Municipality of North Perth was given a roadside breath test resulting in a blood alcohol concentration reading between .05 and .08. The male was served a 3 day driver’s licence suspension.
