(KINCARDINE, ON) – On April 17th, 2012 at 5:00 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along Queen Street, Kincardine observed a driver talking on a cell phone. The vehicle was stopped and the officer noted that the driver had been drinking alcohol. The 54 year old male was charged with Distracted driving and assessed a 3 day “warn range†licence suspension.
